Overview
The Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) is an initiative run by the Grant Management team within the Ethereum Foundation. ESP is focused on strengthening Ethereum's foundations, supporting teams across the ecosystem, and enabling future builders. The work we support is open-source, non-commercial, and aligned with CROPS principles (Censorship Resistance, Open Source, Privacy, and Security) to create positive-sum outcomes for the community.

Grant Management
The Grant Management team focuses on allocating financial and non-financial resources to projects and initiatives critical to Ethereum's resilience, security, and usability.
We coordinate grant-making across EF teams to ensure support is aligned with the EF Mandate and CROPS principles. In addition, we support grantees throughout their journey by offering guidance, fostering connections across the ecosystem, and drawing insights from outcomes to inform future funding efforts.
